I authorize Boss Detailing Pros to perform detailing services on my vehicle at the location of my choosing.
I understand that detailing involves the use of chemicals, equipment, and tools that may affect surfaces, materials, and existing conditions. I accept the potential risks involved in the detailing process, including but not limited to:
I confirm that I have removed all valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle. I release Boss Detailing Pros from liability for any loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
I acknowledge that any visible or underlying damage existing prior to the detail is not the responsibility of Boss Detailing Pros Pre-service and post-service assessments may be conducted to document condition.
Payment is due immediately upon completion unless agreed otherwise. I understand that last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee if not made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
As a mobile service, detailing may be impacted by weather, parking conditions, or environmental factors Boss Detailing Pros reserves the right to reschedule or adjust services accordingly.
I release and hold harmless Boss Detailing Pros & its owner, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages resulting from the detailing service, unless due to proven gross negligence.
I grant permission for before-and-after photos of my vehicle to be used for documentation and marketing.
By scheduling an appointment with Boss Detailing Pros and submitting payment upon completion of the service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Release of Liability Agreement.
